MODEL RELEASE FOR MINORS

For valuable consideration, I/we hereby confer on/to CesarUSA.com (www.CesarUSA.com), associated websites (such as Supermodelus.com and CesarInternational.com), its/their owner and associates the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs, videos, similar materials and other materials that they have taken and will take of my/our minor child in which the child/minor may be included with others:

a) To copyright the same in CesarUSA´s name, CesarUSA.com´s name or any other name that CesarUSA and CesarUSA.com, its owner, other associated websites and associates may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, videos, other materials, etc. in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including -but not by way limited to- illustration, promotion, advertising, or ttrade, and;

c) To use my/our name or my/our child’s name or minor I/we am/are guarding in connection therewith if CesarUSA, CesarUSA.com, its owner, associated websites or associates so decide.

I/we hereby release and discharge CesarUSA, CesarUSA.com, associated websites, its owner and associates from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, videos and other materials including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

I/we hereby give CesarUSA, CesarUSA.com, its owner, associated websites, and associates the absolute right and permission to publish, copyright and use pictures of my/our minor child or minor person I/we am/are guardian of in which I/we may be included in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form, in conjunction with my/our own name, a fictitious name or where no name be used.

This/these authorization(s) and release(s) shall inure to the benefit of the owners, representatives, licensees and assigns of CesarUSA, CesarUSA.com, associated websites and associates as well as the person(s) for whom they took the photographs, videos, and other materials.

I/we have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. I/we represent that I/we am the parent or guardian(s) of the above named model (or the Witness in case who is signing is a witness to signing of this document. At least one signer must be a parent or legal guardian). For value received, I/we (the parent or legal guardian(s)) hereby consent to the foregoing on the child´s/minor´s behalf.
